British Transport Police is carrying out a survey among rail users.

It wants to hear rail users' views and experience of rail travel, including opinions on BTP performance, railway safety and experience of crime on the railway.

BTP is the national police force for the railways, providing a service to train operators, their staff and passengers throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

User of the rail network, including London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, Glasgow Subway, Midland Metro tram system or Croydon Tramlink are welcome to contribute to the online survey.

The survey will assess rail users experience of crime on the railway and the BTP performance in handling such incidentsand perceptions of crime and experience of hate crime.
