Rhodri Clark is a freelance journalist specialising in Welsh transport. He writes for Modern Railways, Passenger Transport, Local Transport Today and other publications, and provides commentary on transport issues for BBC Wales and S4C.
He graduated in music before joining the staff of the Western Mail. In 1996, he co-authored Valley Lines: The People’s Railway with former BR manager John Davies, telling the story of the revival of the passenger railways in the South Wales Valleys in the 1980s.
He lives in North Wales and in 2020 was awarded the Honours of the North Wales Photographic Association.
