If you have not used Zoom before, it's easy: all you need is a computer with a webcam and microphone, and an internet connection.
Of course, if you only intend to listen/watch — not ask any questions verbally — then the webcam and microphone are not necessary.
When you register for the event you will receive an email that contains a link to join the event.
We suggest that you click on the link above a day or two before the event and follow the prompts, so that your computer downloads the software that it will need before the event itself. It only takes a few minutes. Then you will be ready to click the link again just before the event starts, without any delays.
