Walking from Leeds station:

Turn left in the main concourse through the ticket area to the shopping concourse which opens directly on to City Square (next to Queens Hotel). Cross the street and take either Quebec Street or Infirmary Street (both half left opposite, the latter has many bus stands), bear right at the end (following the traffic) into East Parade. At intersection with The Headrow, turn left and the Town Hall is on the right. Oxford Place is on the right after the Town Hall. Distance is less than half mile.

Metro run a free bus in the city centre. To use this, leave the station by the main entrance (i.e. do not pass through the ticketing area) and the stand is in the station approach outside the travel centre. There is usually a bus waiting. Board, and alight at the second stop, which is in Westgate opposite the Town Hall (i.e. just after it turns left at the intersection). The next stop is opposite the courts. Oxford Place is between the two but the Town Hall stop is closest. NB the return route takes much longer than the outward journey.
